Understanding the causes and trigger points of anxiety, and being able to relate it to musical performance is a skill that only a qualified professional, and accomplished musician can deliver, and Justyna has experience in both areas. Combining a Masters Degree in Music Performance with over 20 years of professional experience as a classical and commercial instrumentalist and vocalist, Justyna is highly skilled in music performance, violin, production, composition, and songwriting. Her expertise in performance coaching, along with her impressive accomplishments as a musician has led to various speaking and lecturing engagements at local colleges with Performing Arts Departments.
Justyna Ponulak, M.A. is a passionate and highly skilled music performance coach, who specializes in an area of stage fright and performance anxiety that is a big challenge for many artists. Her Master Thesis, ”Stage Fright - prevention techniques, and methods of dealing with the negative effects” and work towards PhD in Music Psychology ultimately became the foundation for her “Grow In Flow” program, which continues to help musicians understand the science behind this issue, and reach their maximum potential.
