WHAT IS THE "GROW IN FLOW" PROGRAM?
Grow in Flow is an online course designed for musicians and other performers to help them mentally prepare for a stage performance. The goal of this course is to teach you how to overcome music performance anxiety, but even more importantly, to teach you to reach the state of flow and your peak performance.
The Grow in Flow course is based on scientifically proven techniques taken from sport and performance psychology as well as from cognitive behavioral therapy. The course is designed in such a way that you can do it at any time and at your own pace.
Grow in Flow consists of 8 sessions (modules) and each session is packed with fascinating research, real-life case studies, and exercises. Grow in Flow concentrates on topics related to dealing with performance anxiety, developing stage performance skills, and teaches a whole range of techniques and skills that you can apply to every performance situation. You will learn how to manage negative emotions and control the body’s stress response. You’ll learn how to boost your self-confidence, change your long term goals by focusing on mastery orientation which will help you develop an efficient pre-performance routine, and above all else, you’ll learn how to increase your focus and creativity to get into the state of flow, which is an optimal state of mind & body to reach peak performance.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE COURSE?
